Providing services to persons with disabilities and reduced mobility: for subcontractor and law-enforcement staff
Purpose: to train the staff of subcontractors and government law-enforcement agencies working at the airport and engaged in all types of passenger servicing to provide services to persons with disabilities and reduced mobility in accordance with EC Regulation No 1107/2006 and ECAC Doc. 30.

Term of validityHaving completed the training, participants receive a certificate, which is valid for 2 years.

When do I have the recurrent training?Enrolment in the recurrent training is possible within the last 3 calendar months before the initial certification expires. If the employee has been absent for 6 to 12 months, they must undergo the recurrent training; for 12 or more months, they must undergo the initial training.

Develops and conducts training programmes in the field of groundhandling. He has obtained the qualification of an instructor in the service of persons with disabilities (PRM) and is a CAA- certified instructor of the terms and conditions for the carriage of dangerous substances (dangerous products and dangerous goods). He has acquired professional knowledge at the training centres of the International Civil Aviation Organization (IATA), Airports Council International (ACI) and other training centres of the aviation industry.

Aviva Gavare has successfully completed multiple training courses with Airports Council International (ACI), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and various airlines. She is a certified instructor for training programmes designed to teach airport personnel how to assist persons with disabilities and reduced mobility (PRM). Aviva conducts a variety of ground handling and airport process training sessions and actively contributes to the development of training programmes. She monitors employees’ professional performance and ensures the quality and continuity of training programmes.
