We teach our online courses using the Zoom or MS Teams platforms. Training participants receive an invitation with a link to the course by 17:00 on the last working day before the training takes place. Aviva Gavare has successfully completed multiple training courses with Airports Council International (ACI), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and various airlines. She is a certified instructor for training programmes designed to teach airport personnel how to assist persons with disabilities and reduced mobility (PRM). Aviva conducts a variety of ground handling and airport process training sessions and actively contributes to the development of training programmes. She monitors employees’ professional performance and ensures the quality and continuity of training programmes.
