SJSC “Riga International Airport” RIX Academy, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 445 of 14 July 2020 “Procedures for Publishing Information on the Internet by Institutions” (hereinafter – Regulation No. 445), undertakes to make its website accessible.

This accessibility statement applies to the website: rix-academy.com.

A simplified assessment has been conducted for the website. Method used – Guidelines prepared by the Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development for assessing the impact of compliance with accessibility requirements for institutional websites and justifying disproportionate burden.

How accessible is this website?

The rix-academy.com website partially complies with Cabinet Regulation No. 445 for the reasons set out below.

Non-compliance with the requirements set out in Regulations No. 445:

  • Images lack or do not have accurate alternative text. The sections will be reviewed and alternative text for images will be added.
  • Keyboard navigation does not display outlines on website objects. Sections will be reviewed and edited to allow keyboard navigation.
  • The basic structure of the website is not configured in accordance with the guidelines. The basic structure will be revised.
